Accessing Agnico shares, page-2

I'm in the same situation. What I've got is that the shares are held by DTC (The Depository Trust Company). This is what I have from ComputerShare:

Please note that in order to transfer the shares, your broker must submit the request electronically via a North American custodian through The Depository Trust Company (DTC) in the US or the Canadian Depository for Securities in Canada (CDS).

Our clearing numbers are:

DTC Number: 7807

CDS - CUID Code: CPUA

My broker (SelfWealth) is unable to help. I'm trying to get a Canadian ComputerShare account and I've written an email to DST via [email protected] but I have received no reply as yet. Will keep you posted.
