It is always a worry with the brevity of the announcement and what TIS leaves out as they have hardly been forthcoming in the past with information IMO. I understand they are hardly going to comment about the process as BSI and EMA can read it but confirmation that they have lodged or were ready to lodge on 19th should have been confirmed and if they are allowed to use the extra time if in fact they had lodged or is it locked in once lodged? .

Talk about a frustrating communication from TIS and made worse a frustrating process .

Pretty useless a organisation having deadlines etc when they also don't have a discount or penalty system so that it has some meaning in the real business world but they are their own policeman , legislator judge and jury it seems
