The cynic in me suspects that the delays are there to hollow out the company for a bigger vulture to come in and pick on the bones.

From the article posted about TIS being in the middle of a "turf war" between regulators I imagine they are trying hard to keep their nose clean and not incite the ire of the EMA. Making comments on the reasons for the EMA delays might do that.

It's another month - the main thing is money in the bank - hopefully they are keeping the engine ticking over on fumes.
