They've had months and months to get their house in order and still this happens, and it is conveyed to the market with one paragraph. They "had a commitment" from the EMA that there would be NO FURTHER delays or deferrals. What is going on?

I suspect that the EMA told them behind the scenes that there was something still outstanding and needed to be included so TIS have been given a bit more time.

Whatever the case, this company's management are accident prone and I can't see them bumbling and bumping along any better if VitroGro ever goes to market.

Do you read tea leaves as well, I don't see any other comments about data etc which they would be obliged to disclose
hard to know how you can speculate on EMA motivation and TIS data when all they've done is say they post dated the reply presumably because the EMA can't meet their regulatory obligations
