BIS were to pass it on to the EMA on Jan 26.Before BIS could do so the EMA informed about the dalay
using the excuse of staff shortages and work loads.

Basically nothing has changed and the price fall is way overdone.

How did you come to get it and why didn't Mercer mention it?
And wasn't the delay back in November because of exactly the same reason "staff shortages and work loads".
