RBL is shaping up as Acconex Part 2. This was another company Martin Hoskings was involved with before Red Bubble. Under loved by Australian instos, it was taken over by Oracle at a massive premium to its SP. Although there are several insto's on the register, the main shareholders are from US.Kayne Anderson are a very well respected mob out of LA.
Stock is seriously cheap....takeover can't be too far away. RBL conservative style( around announcements) will prove to be a fatal flaw. Perhaps they would like to be acquired?? New CEO would have plenty of protection if acquired
