I agree. We need the same amount of cash to be able to get the project running. $35 odd mill, some of which was for a seawall. We can't give them discounted stock or we are going to have to issue a truck load more shares in PLV to get the same amount of cash. If we issue them with the same amount of shares for less cash, we still need to get the balance from somewhere else.

The alternative is to give them a greater % of the project, good bye 50/50, hello 30/70 (we aren't the 70!).

Time will tell. But I can tell you this, I don't want to stump up more $'s via a SPP to fund the difference, since the last one hasn't been that great an investment.
