Will the directors try to merely talk their way out of a major error of judgement?
The directors should accept accountability with the majority resigning.
Being ex military or public servants is no replacement for business experience. Most of the current directors should be replaced with directors from the private sector.
This isn't the Public Service, failure has consequences.
