Seriously I would think guidance near the upper end of 220K there will be a lot of guys at the stope face prepared to push as hard as they can as they know their jobs - and homes (mortgages) are on the line be like tribute mining 100 years ago.
Loose your job in UG at the moment and there is no other employer to go to
Be know reflection on managment's ability though but they will be the ones getting the credit.
