When does there come a point where directors who are doing nothing must be removed.
They can't just sit back, do virtually nothing and keep being paid, or can they?
We have Chinese interest holding 34% and they seem happy with this stalemate.
How do we change this 2/2 board representation?
How do we get a decent CEO on board?
How do we evoke change?
To whom do we report the lack of accountability by our elected office bearers?
This current management team must be called to account.
They are well overdue for a formal vote of no confidence.
