Are you referring to the individual shareholder or the company? If company is domiciled or registered in St Kitts then the pay whatever the laws are for St Kitts.
If you are referring to the individual shareholder then they pay tax on the profits/loss of their shares in the country they reside regardless of where the company is registered.
