Company A has the following:
Assets: 13 billion
Liabilities: 10 billion (including recourse debt of 1 billion).
Company B has the following:
Assets: 10 billion
Liabilities: 7 billion
Recourse debt: ZERO
Which company would you rather own? A or B?
It really is quite disturbing that some people who appear to have almost zero knowledge of even the basics are investing in the market.
