    Isn't being cash flow positive and being cash flow positive after r&d costs 2 different things? 


    I'd have thought the latter is about recouping all your r&d costs as well.  Whereas cash flow positive is more about making a profit larger than than the operational expenditure over a set period of time or something like that.
