I'm not sure a great deal of light was shed on my request, however I think it did highlight the fact that services provided by YBR could not be described as competitive, this along with the out of kilter salary packages are contributing to the cashburn at tz and needs to be addressed.
TZ need to implement cost cutting measures immediately that is what the board are employed to do, this may not save the company as only the AP deal can do that but the free for all and careless dilution needs to stop.
It would be beyond travesty to have the coffers filled only to be emptied on large salaries and services provided at uncompetitive rates it's time to lean down and take a different approach , the example should be set by the board and further implemented through the company.
At the moment the gravy train has only got a few passengers and I want to get on board.
