I Hate To State The Obvious BUT PROPERTY VALUATIONS ARE NOT PIXIE DUST! And often UNDER MARKET VALUE with commercial property.
ONE of the main reasons I have invested in DGL Is because of their real ASSETS ( Quality Commercial Property ) which Management has a Good understanding of the market.
This is the growing backbone ( Assets ) of this company & hopefully the Businesses are the cashflow to continue this growth.
You can always sell quality commercial property as a backstop!
