    The auditors statement is compelling reading.

    I find the granting of options to the CEO to be rather curious in the context of a set of accounts disclosing a 98 % fall in revenues.

    The Cephalon play looks like an " all in "...but, as we all know, looks can be deceiving.

    I suspect the next month or so will be a very bumpy ride.

    I am hoping for a happy ending.
