If you have read my posts boogie17 I have always been a strong advocate for people not listening to others but to do their own research.
If people want to read what others have to say and then choose to believe them that is their right.
Making wild accusations and down ramping are two completely different things.
I do not know of any one who was sued for down ramping a stock but I do know of those who mislead about a companies financial position that got sued and convicted.
Misleading statements or false statements can get you in serious strife.
A down ramper may have an opinion that the company will never be in a position to make profits. He will give his reasons why. That is his opinion.
Hopefully you can understand the difference.
