My guess is that the auditors might be a little concerned about signing off on the accounts, hence the delay. After all, there reputation is at stake too. Have a look at PRW's last couple of ARs for an idea of how complex a web of related party transactions Andrew Mortimer and friends weave. I feel sorry for Carl Swenson. I used to work for/with him and he's a good bloke. Seems he might be a little naive on the streetwise front though - I can't believe that he has tied up with AM's motley crew.
