A scoop is the first release of factual information. If it is not factual, it is either speculation or just wishful thinking. What is it?
That said, if it was speculation, I think you could be on the mark...but then I might just be wishful thinking, having topped up again today on the close!!!
Come Monday/Tuesday with the release of audited accounts, I believe things should start to become clearer for all, and if they announce the return timetable as well then IMO the share price should make a strong recovery.
