TAP are looking to farm out some of their equity in ACCRA . This is according to their last quarterly .
I wonder if a percentage of the 45% they are hopefully awarded will be immediately farmed out to RIA and Rialto become the operators for Ghana . Maybe it is a far flung theory but RIA has amassed a strong team of operators .... ex Tap boys too .
