    Long term (4+ years) I agree. Short term it is definitely dilutive.

    I don't like the track record that management are achieving.

    As soon as it starts to appear as if the company is doing fine and on track for cash flow positive operations without any more cash burn or need to issue more shares off they go and dilute the company again.

    That my friend is not how you build upon the share price and look after your shareholders.
