accumilating?

Does anyone else get the feeling that a few people are accumilating on the quiet? Maybe the board? Small volume but still going through at .9c and ops at .3c and .4c today. Maybe our assumptions are off from what is really happening behind the scenes. I would not be surprised to see an announcement within the next half dozen trading days. Some news we have been waiting for could push this higher rapidly. Been watching this and the trading seems to be pointing at accumilation by those who know quite a bit more.
All my opinions and could be wrong. By the way PRE are definately not the only company that has delays with announcements. Approvals,results and upgrades do take longer than we all expect.
