The Company has experienced both positive and negative press following our first trial shipment. We anticipate that the results of the bauxite received in China to be released shortly.

In any mining operation there are going to be detractors, of the 3,500 residents of the Bindoon community we had 5 objections to our Stage 1 operations.

The share price is obviously a function of the market and has gone from 50c to $1.37 (August September) and now sitting around 78c.

The Company is in a strong financial position and its business plans are progressing with a further trial shipment scheduled in the next few weeks.

I apologise for the delay in replying, Dan Tenardi MD and Paul Fromson CFO are in Melbourne and Sydney following up on their September Roadshow, I hope I have allayed some of your concerns.
