I was hoping that I could accumulate in Melbourne during 2008 but I think I will need to do that in a more subdued fashion for the moment. If EXT does what it needs to do and I don't sell until 2009 or 2010 then it will have to be Brisbane and the two coasts (they tend to move a year or two later).
Having a look at Seaford and Frankston at the moment but also Mount Waverley. We need to take this offline sometime as I know you have a lot of knowledge around Ormond. Maybe over a beer.
