Don't hide your head in the sand posters - smm should have explained themselves - the market has already assumed that the vote in April will be positive and also assumed a vast upgrade in resources - if all this happens it will not result in an increase in share price because it is all priced in now - it is the 8th wonder of the world that the price hasn't suffered because of the delay in resource upgrade.
