Well it is certainly one way to look at it - fair enough. I'm not sure I agree - I believe this will hike if U mining gets the nod and a great JORC is released.
I for one think they would be mad not to do a turn around on U policy - if done well with appropriate measures in place we could all see the benefits.
Time (and the market) will tell us the answer.
