does anyone know what would happen to Option Holders if there...

    does anyone know what would happen to Option Holders if there was a takeover bid? Do they lose out?

    I have a friend who own a number of ELMO's and is worried that if he doesn't pay up the 20 cents and convert them in head shares he he won't be able to participate in a takeover.

    Look forward to some confirmation of this.
