accumulate

This is just pure speculation on a frothy fri afternoon, call it conspiracy theory whatever... but supposing you were in a really fast growing company which had lots of development potential, tonnes of cash, plenty of great announcements, world wide markets, licensed exclusive products and people queing up for your product. So you wanted to continue accumulating large volumes of shares at value. What if the share price however was blown out by lots of hype, how do you get it back to value so you can accumulate cheaper locking in more guaranteed future long term profit.

    1. Everyone start gradually selling off heaps of shares, taking big profits and waiting to buy in when price flattens out.
    2. Place a financial report out for all the world to see which downgrades share price against all other reports and predictions.
    3. Wait and buy in when the globe suddenly needs your product in huge proportions due to some catastrophe.

Any other thoughts out there if mine are clearly very wrong... how do yo do it.
