UBS:
Roc’s oil production appears poised to take off. Chinguetti and Cliff Head have
potential to add 5,000-8,000 bopd from 1Q06. Blane/Enoch are expected to add
another 3,000 bopd from end of ’06. Applying the oil futures curve would double
our fcst ’07E EPS and add 62% to our val’n ($3.44). Further exploration upside
exists in Mauritania, offshore WA, and other.
