Just done a quick calculation on the value of 200 bbls per day.
If you assume the flow lasts for 10 years and a price of AUD 100 per barrel, net say AUD 50 per barrel (generous) that = AUD 3.5 million per year, discount by 10% gives a current
NPV 10% of around AUD 21.5 million plus possible upside by way of increased flow rates and exploration etc
Current market cap = AUD 36 million.
Could be a good deal but the cost of some much possible potential in West Africa is it worth doing?
