Fandango, no particular % guarantees you a place on the Board as it is either by appointment of the existing Board , or , by a vote of shareholders . The higher your % ownership of shares ,..the more it helps though. I think there could be enough disatisfied shareholders currently to shake up the Board and senior management.
Sotirib, ICN cant prove up any proven reserves until they drill and dewater and test. And then their gas is only worth anything if they can compete with the rest of the CBM hopefuls and sell it. Thats why everybody is getting fed up with the lack of apparent progress and lack of communication.This type of poor management and slow progress has been the way they have operarated for years. The board is very tame and none of them are experienced enough to rock the boat so things just dawdle along at RJ's happy,....I am getting paid plenty... pace. Only in the land of Oz are shareholders so apathetic.
