Most likely a broker sold for a client or the broker company is investing / trading CHM directly. They pay a flat fee, regardless of volume and frequency. Often done to " cover up " a big sell / buy order - Yeah, that covering up worked well. It is just normal, happens every day at all stocks, from the top 1 to the bottom stocks.
Instead of placing one order they use a computer algorithm ( BOT ) to sell / buy.
