    Anyone else soaking up shares in the low eights?

    Everything setup for a move back toward 14+ in the months ahead imo. Cap raising has given everyone an opportunity to accumulate this well below 10 cents

    just do the comparisons with BUL or GLL or STX and see what you conclude.
