The iron ore royalty would trade at a much higher premium outside Iluka mineral sands portfolio than inside - and I think that’s the rationale for that deal.
IMO Rension (being one of very few globally investable tin mine operators) would trade at a premium on its own than bundled with Nifty.. maybe that’s their angle..but first get nifty to a point where it can fend for itself.
