"The only saving grace and different now is that NTU has a large shareholder that would not put up with being ripped off." It would be interesting to trace the Chinese Rare earth connections of that "large shareholder". There is a good chance that LYC will not get the HRE from NTU but that it will be sold as a concentrate to refiners in China. It is Lynas that may get "ripped off".
NTU will get a big boost if it PROVES a resource of HRE regardless of the situation with Lynas. It will then have a resource that will be for sale in a sellers market.
