Has Bermuda had discussions with the board ...? Who EXACTLY on the board was that and when? What were those discussions ...?

Be careful listening to someone who has a beef with their "previous" investment as it didn't go the way THEY wanted it to, have then sold out, whether for gain or loss who knows, then continues to down-ramp that same company so constantly it becomes more like a stalker event than anything of value.

Rest assured there will be no credible investor undertaking that sort of behaviour. You close out and move on unless monitoring for a future possible buy back in. The benign comment of being here to make sure new investors are given a "balanced" commentary is simply laughable and again more like that of a stalker than anything else.

No company board is without mistakes and AVL is no exception - why should they be? I'm not 100% happy with some decisions of the past 5 years either but this company IS kicking goals and i remain with an extremely high level of confidence in this team, their management and their strategy going forward along with VRFBs gaining significant position in the static battery market and some of that here in Aus is thanks to AVL/VSun also. AVL are thinking outside the box and prompting/raising awareness and assisting with other dependent tasks (eg port of Geraldton development) to help ensure success down the track. Yes i would have loved for AVL to be building RIGHT NOW (or mining even better) but in this world currently everyone is struggling to find the end of the tunnel. Timing as a result is disappointing WRT global disruptions and not entirely AVL's fault by a long shot.

This is all my opinion - DYOR and be sure to sort the wheat from the chaff when taking advice from anyone, particularly here on HC and that is not what you WANT to hear but what is fair and reasonable comment.
