Predicting what might happen based on charts is reliant on there being leaks in the whole decision making process of particular companies. What you are looking for in requiring the price to go back above a certain trend line is for there to be tell tale buying by those in the know. Effectively that is insider trading and certainly does occur. This stock though has shown a history of not having such obvious "tells" and thus you run the risk of missing the boat when an annoucement (which we know is coming) is made.
