Perhaps UBS would do this for every client they are nominee for, and that this the name given "XXX Limited" just a standard form they use.
What is clear is that they are acting as intermediary from an undisclosed somebody. This is standard practice in other markets, e.g. the UK, but I haven't seen it in Oz. Perhaps someone could comment on this?
