    currently trading at 3.5 million market cap

    General meeting to be held for election of directors - you can bet your bottom dollar there will be some buying before hand to secure some of those seats

    even at full dilution - this newly formed tech stock is trading at circa $15 million - a lot of room to grow given tech stocks are now the place to be and the revenue generated from advertisements alone will generate a fair bit of coin
