Kam Lung Investment Development Company Limited  holds 38.72% of the company options (171,818,615 in total).

There might be a question of IF they are allowed to buy any more of the company (without Aust Gov approval).

Wheather or not they are in the money - surely they would have asked the question (got approval a head of time)? Pure spec.
