jimmy, trading RRS is not hard. I openly called my entries and exits before they eventuated, and was ridiculed for it so I no longer post my trades, and though you cannot always get the lows and highs, the aim is not to pick the absolute lows or highs but rather to make a profit and protect capital, this has been extremely easy with RRS.
Sure some may say it's the long termers who will be in front when the drill hits the dirt, but I can say for sure, that I will be in on the dips and out close to the top of the wave, in the meantime still holding a parcel of heads and tails, the net return will be greater than if I had just held.
