I think what they intend to do is manipulate the stock so that it goes to around 2c. Then they are going to extend the share offer to everyone who was elegible in order to get them to buy in @ 1.5c. Else no one else will buy in and they won't raise their funds... So anyone who buys at or around 1.5c can expect a short term hike by July
