Yes looks like retail buys, but I used to work for one of those in top of list, we were approached by an insto to buy small amounts of stock in a major company as to "disguise" the buying, nothing illegal , just that the market is all about ofuscation. Looks like alot of collecting going on in ARI quite large buys on close yesterday, anyhow looks like its heading higher, cheers.
