Spoke to Michael O'Neill today. He gives very detailed explanations which I found very helpful. He said GBG hopes appeals approval process to be completed in Sept (with ministerial approval), he said they were quite happy with original EPA approval; and the Minister is to make a decision looking at the environmental, eceonomic, and social impact. Also indicated should have approval from China on the financial side of things within next 2 weeks.
