    deg - you might be right and I have no wish to eneter into an argument but:

    a) CC has said that he has taken steps to prevent a TO. I am not sure what they are but I assume it means stopping a raid by blocking out the possibility of any company acquiring enough shares to reach the compulsory acquisition threshold.

    b) When did they stop drilling? I missed that announcement!
