IGR is capatalized at $75my, hello! production is at least a year away,more likey 18mo, it will cost them at least 50my to refurbish and move the New Celebration Plant. Take at look at some juniors already in production with the same resources and marvel at what a fantastic job Chris has done in keeping the share price at this level.
