The phenomenal action this week when RFT rocketed to 5.7 cents will have served to alert the directors that a more regular news flow about company activities could be worthwhile. Let's face it, until now RFT hasn't been the most transparent of outfits. Perhaps it's time to change. Hint hint.
The market action and huge volumes traded will also have raised investor awareness about the company, which i believe had previously been flying under the radar. This can only augur well for market reaction to future issuance of news.
And when might this be?
One possibility could be as early as July, if the company finds a need to issue a profit guidance for 2015-16 fiscal year ahead of the audited results.
RFT might also conclude there is a hunger for knowledge about its activities and its niche role in the electric vehicle industry and move to meet that demand.
Let's hope so. Those buying RFT products are also likely to be happier doing business with a successful known supplier, and who knows maybe even want a slice of the action.
