So far, I still haven't seen any worth while talk or thinking reason, why not.

Its fair to say, EXT has twice the number of shares.
BUT,
Whats wrong with only half the share price of PDN?

So when you have collected a wee little fat bag of EXT shares.

THEN, what if and most likely, PDN reaches towards $au10 or beyond.
AND
Then EXT is only half.
To me half is always better than nothing.
