only 48m shares on issue and about $1m in the bank currently . One director ( fethers) owns about 13% of the company , no capital raising for over 2 yrs , market cp currently about $6m , cliffs from usa ( top 200 co in usa) has verbally agreed to a jv for iron ore , deal not yet signed but once signed the co could take off , i hold over 500,000 shares at 8c , so i am more than happy to hold , as budfox would say , this is one of my top ten exploration gems, waiting for this to pop , patiently waiting.
