i conclude the stock isnt doing too badly, its only 15% below issue price now, i think the issues on the stock are mostly insto manipulation hence the huge range in stock price in past year 1.45 to 3.20, on about 3 announcements and a bunch of other industry regulation news.

just in the past 10 trading days, many days where it is either +3-5% or -3-5% proving the manipulation. All on no news.

Consensus EPS FY16 is 9.2Cents per share(19x pe now), so its issue price was also a bit over valued at the time(23x = too high for a small cap), priced for a little more growth, but not massively over priced in a low rate environment.
